We bought a 2015 Ace 29.3 and have had our share of things to be fixed, but as of now all is well. I never a problem with Thor when I called them and they were always polite. I must admit I don't like to have to drive to the dealer (110 miles) so they can write up what needs to be fixed and then wait for the parts and then get it fixed. It is time consuming and tends to eat up the one year warranty. As far as I know, this is how all the brands do it. No problems now, knock on wood.
