DC fuse panel replacement

I have 2013 Tuscany 40XTE. I found a couple of melted solder joints on my DC fuse panel board. The fuses did not blow. I believe this is due to high resistance slip connections at these two circuits. Has anyone replaced their panel? I attempted to remove the fuse panel but there did not appear to be enough slack in the wires to let the panel come out far enough to work on it.

Before attempting to replace the fuze panel I suggest you check and tighten all connections. Loose connections cause heat and the melted solder could be the result. If you replace the panel you likely will only find one just like it so solving nothing. Yes they are stingy with wire and not much slack anywhere.

DC fuse panel replacement

To take the conservative approach, I replaced the DC panel. To gain working access, I removed a cabinet panel adjacent to the fuse panel. I also made sure all the crimp connections were tight. I believe all is well now. Operational check after the work was satisfactory.
