Should be fine for most people .. it does require a bit of upper body strength but you are basically just fighting the wheels' urge to turn and not the force of the RV pushing you back.

When flat towing, imagine that R does not exist as a transmission option. I have seen people backing up with a car in tow, front wheels cramped to one side, skidding, then the ball joints gave. So glad it wasn't my rig or car.
