I am calling the central brain (I don't know the real name) the box that has all the fuses housed in the engine area.

It helps to think of your RV as two separate (yet still connected) systems: the chassis, and the coach.
Your issue seems to be with components in the coach. I wonder why you tackled the stuff under the hood of the chassis?

For example: My MH is in the driveway getting readu for a 2 week trip next week. It's level in the driveway so the levelers aren't deployed.

I decided to install a Volt/Ammeter for the chassis battery using an induction pickup on the battery's ground cable. Of course the pickup won't fit over the battery end so I had to get under the MH to get to the engine ground terminal.

So with the MH plugged into SP, I turned the ignition key to the accessory position and ran the levelers to lift the front end so I could slide under there on my creeper. I didn't start the engine and I had no "low voltage" warning as the converter was supplying the required voltage to both battery banks.
Did similar test after my last post. My chassis battery was at 12.7 volts, turned the key to run, turned on levelers, got low voltage notice. I hit enter and display said ready, hit auto level. Every time the pump ran, the volts dropped, once to 11.9. When coach was level, volts returned to 13.3. Tried it with key in accessory and had similar results. Voltage reading was taken from the display on my inverter. If the pump ran off the chassis battery, I don't think I would have seen a drop on the inverter panel since the inverter is on the coach battery. Thanks for the lesson on which battery runs the levelers.

On the Hurricane, but not certain on your year, but the "brain" is the Brain I mean Battery Control Center (BCC). Here is a diagram of it.
Get the model number off of yours and check in here for good info!

The pump actually runs off the house batteries - just to be clear.
