In the upper RH mobile page there are 3 horizontal bars with "Menu" next to it. Click that and select "User CP"

Thanks for the help there is no Menu option displayed at the three bar location upper right of page

I have been able to update my profile, I put in updates saves all except state Texas, when I hit the save button it chooses Arkansas have tried editing state 5-6 times always reverts to Arkansas.

Anyone have a magic wand to figure this out?

Since you had no USER CP option where it should be on whatever you are using to access the site; I'd recommend finding a PC with a regular browser to login and try changing your State. I just changed mine to Texas and back to Florida without issue. I'd change yours for you but I don't have that much horsepower. I can only change your Avatar and Signature.
