MORE information is much better than NO information...

The bonus is that facts tend to overrule advertising claims, opinions and wives tales. Facts tend to weed out agenda based claims, but you must be willing to read the fine print.

Read my brother your post about subs. He said yep, vent into room, goes to the next room.
He started in the diesel sub fleet. West pak 1974 I think.

This was my first thought as well.

Sorry been busy.
Got back to working on the battery mod.
Finally got the house batteries removed, and look what I found, the isolator delay. Wow, thor could have put a bird here instead of this one way pos.
Well now, just a simple swap and bingo a bi directional relay, yippee for me.
Got a lot of tiny chores done also, the rubber mats for the battery boxes, tie downs etc.

Forget about the BIRD, they are a pain in the rear. Use the Blue Sea ML-ACR. It monitors the charging sources and will connect the battery banks together when there is a charging source. It will also serve as an emergency start. You eliminate the BIRD and the Trombretta and replace both with the ML-ACR.

With a high amp Trombetta selling for over 100 dollars that device seems like a good alternative

And one of the big benefits is it is magnetically latching meaning it does not carry current to hold the contacts in place or produce unwanted heat.
