We bought a couple of the DASH products for the motorhome...the small air fryer and the skillet w/heated lid..works for pizza, burgers etc
they are not real small..I store them in the cabinet over our bed. Works for us.
Cleanup with these products is easy..they recommend a wet paper towel and white vinegar.

There are a lot of collapsible silicone items out there such as bowls and colanders. They work well. We try to use as many heavy plastic dishes as possible. Remember glass and metal rattle.

We try to keep it as simple as possible...
I think that I could even eat a steak out of a cereal bowl now...
Cooking...
One frying pan and one pot: that's it.
(The K.I.S.S. principle taken to extreme.)

I'm with Bob, the simpler the better. We mostly use cast iron and paper plates. Everything else comes from Dollar Tree. The roads in America can lead to breakage and damage to expensive cooking and eating ware. I feel better about a cheap bowl from the dollar store breaking than something more expensive from a department store.

Agree with the minimize ... Bring manual can opener, use dish drying mat between burners and cover if you have a cover... Minimizes rattle. I use crock pot and electric skillet, burners and oven in rig. Kitchen towels laid over utensils minimizes rattle too. Been full timing now for 3 months in our Vegas. 11/2 months traveling, 11/2 months gate guarding. Love our rig!

Electric “grill”

We bought the O Grill and happily used it a few times...until I discovered all the “drippings” that stay beneath the grate. Never been the family griller so didn’t piece together that we’re storing all that nastiness inside our storage cubbie unless the grill bottom is thoroughly wiped out each trip...not a job I want. Planning to try the Power XL Smokeless grill/griddle (not air fryer) next time out, though it’s understood that flavor will be lacking. The grill plate is large for 2 people so want to experiment with “grilling” a protein and a vegetable at the same time, whether on the grate or the griddle, like hot dogs plus tots on grate, or steak plus broccoli on grate, chops plus baked beans in a small pan (or 1/4 sheet pan) on grate. Anyone tried this? Breakfast, or burgers and hash brown patties on the griddle attachment will be easy. I have already purchased the XL, have tried a few things, and am optimistic that I can “create” meals. Have also watched YouTube videos...also carry a slow cooker, a 12 inch electric fry pan, toaster, pots/pans, and a hot plate.

We do most of our cooking outside on the Blackstone.

The Blackstone is very popular and could be considered later. The XL I should be able to use inside. Going to be camping in the North FL “cold” this long weekend so may not want to cook outside!

Post-market Swivel seat installation

I'm a first-time Rv owner - just bought a 2020 Thor Four Winds 22u. Have any of you Thor owners installed a swivel to a front seat? I'm traveling solo so thought it'd be nice to have the passenger seat to lounge in. Suggestions? Warnings? Ideas?

Thanks!

CynRG,
Is your RV built on a Ford chassis?
If it is: you could just buy a seat base that swivels...

Paper plates and solo cups. Coffee travel mugs. Only glass is for single malts.
