About to take delivery of 2019 (used 2000 miles) Thor Palazzo 37.4

Hello Everyone,
My wife and i have been RVing for several years in a Heartland 5th wheel. We are trading up to a slightly used (2000 miles), 2019 Thor Palazzo 37.4. Waiting for the sales person to get back with us. Any thoughts, comments, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Congratulations and welcome.

Go over it with a fine tooth comb before driving it off the dealers lot.

Fill the water tank and run it dry with the pump, all faucets turned on.
Run the awning and slides in and out until you're embarrassed about how many times you've done it.
Turn the ac on and off many times.
Try to put a years worth of USE on everything during the inspection.
Some here say Thor won't warrant a used vehicle.
They warranted mine
Ask about the Thor warranty being continued if time hasn't ran out.
Ask why it's used with 2000 miles. Take no excuses for the dealer not knowing.
If it's a trade in, ask to speak with the previous owner.
Check tire dates
Check battery dates
MAKE them show you the Ford in service date and documents. (it might also supply the original owners name and address)

Be bold.

Congratulations and good advice from previous responses, except for taking it to Ford
There is a good Palazzo Owners Facebook group where you can find out specifics on your year and model from other owners and may even find the previous owner (I think I remember someone recently trading in a 2019 37.4 on a larger newer unit)

Welcome to our little corner of things...
Make sure that each system in the rig is checked-out and fully explained to you.
You've got Water, Sewer, Electric, Batteries, 110 power, generator, heating, cooling, stove, Refrigerator, Levelers, slides, tire pressures, chassis engine and transmission... and probably a whole bunch more that I've forgotten to mention!
The best of luck to you with it!
