First time RV owners

Hello, we are new owners of Four Winds 24F, just took delivery this week.
We are working out the details of what to do when - we simply don't know what we don't know and need to know - starting with the basics like dewinterizing, setting up "home" and organizing, etc. There are a lot of interesting reads from surge suppression to recommended sheets. Looking forward to learning all I can in a short amount of time.

First and most important rule - enjoy. Lots of stuff you will get advise on but if you don't enjoy - well why fool with it.

Our saying is The Journey Is The Destination.

Congrats.

Just take a few shake down cruises nearby. You will either figure it out or someone here can help you.

Congratulations on your new coach!!! Everyone starts out as a rookie!!! If you have questions, ask, even if you're in a campground. Most rvers are pretty friendly people and willing to help others. Take your time and don't rush, it'll all come together pretty quickly. Relax, enjoy, and have FUN!!!

Congrats! We too are newbies and just finished with our inaugural cruise with the land yacht - 2017 outlaw 38re. Have been learning like a sponge.

My husband and I just started 3 years ago. We began with a Springdale trailer, then Class C Forester, now the Thor Vegas 24.1. We watch a lot of you tube and always have friendly folks where we camp if we run into a jam. You learn something new all the time, have fun!
