I currently have a 5th Wheel but am looking at a 2013 Thor Ace 29.2. I want to pull a car, rather than have a big pick up to drive around. I am wondering how the black tank works and what if any problems the ACE has in this area.

About my user name. My first name is David and I served in the U.S. Navy Seabees, after which I served in the reserves long enough to retire. I am not gung-ho Military Person, but when Email became popular I was leery of using my real name, so chose Dseabee.

I can't address your black tank questions, but went through a similar transition from 5th wheel to a 33' Class A. It was more like the Ace 30.3. After a few years, we traded to our current Vegas 25.2.

The 5th wheel and our big pickup no longer fit the way we traveled. We pull a small car, and with the Vegas has been the right combination for us and the way we like to travel now.

What are your concerns about the black tank on that model? Maybe if you are more specific you'll get the answers you seek.
