Hi and See You Out There

We (wife and dog) just purchased a 2022 Thor Four Winds 22E. We like biking, hiking, birding, and photography. We are headed up to the Northwest for a month or two. Hopefully we can avoid major problems since we have only taken two one day shakedown trips.

I am a retired engineer so it means that I over-research and get bogged down in details on any upgrade to the RV or on any maintenance and troubleshooting issues. About five years ago we (same wife and different dog) rented a Cruise America RV and spent a month going through the Northwest and then over to Mount Rushmore so I know that we like this type of traveling.

Right now I am working on being able to measure air pressure and inflate the dual tires, spare tire carrier, and a few minor things. I have already seen on this forum some of the typical Thor issues which if I can't avoid, at least I have the experience of some people that have already gone through it.

Thanks for being here!

"I am a retired engineer.....Right now I am working on being able to measure air pressure and inflate the dual tires"

Something about this scares me....

Also a retired Mechanical Engineer. Over thinking and researching is a cross we have to bear I'm afraid. There is no cure.LOL.
