Hi new to the forum. I'm Don my wife Barbara and I recently purchased a 2020 34r. Hoping to get some help with a couple of issues. Mainly the overhead power bunk. Any suggestions on where to start? Thanks

We own a 2016 Windsport 27k . We took ours in and the motors simply needed recalibrated. They will be showing me how to do it once we pick it up next week. I can check back with you after

What is the issue with overhead power bunk?

Are you saying the coach has 34hrs or it is a model 34r?

It's a model 34r. The issue is the driver's side of the bunk is several inches lower than the passenger side. It keeps sinking. Pin goes in passenger side but won't go in driver's side to lock it. I've seen several suggestions to reset or resync it but nothing on how to do it. When I lower the bunk it doesn't come down evenly. Acts like something is slipping on driver's side

I would call Thor Monday morning give the VIN# so they can tell you your Power Bunk Mfg Make & Model Number assuming you do not have? You should then get get your manual and it should provide instructions on how to adjust. If not call the Power Bunk Mfg directly.

Mine is made by Power Gear but I have a SOB. Works like a champ but they do have procedures for adjustments if necessary.
