Electric Auto Leveling

I talked to a neighbor with a Jayco North Point Fifth Wheel. He tells me he has had some problems leveling. I can't tell you the type error he has, but I will be able to talk to him again in the next day or so.

He told me, if I understand, it takes alot of effort in getting right number of block under each jack

But I thinks he has a procedure error.
Any suggestions.
