2014 ACE 3.1 Fresh water tank question

I filled the fresh water tank.
i get water at the faucets when hooked to city water.
No water from fresh tank.
manual says there is a swtich from city to holding tank, but does not say where.

So some posts about no switch on this model
How long should i have the pump run before i should see pressure (could my pump be bad or a pressure leak?)

Also question on hot water tank. how do i ensure it is filled. i was told the valves were under the drawer in the bedroom. I see 3 one on the hot, one on the cold and one between them. guessin that is to bypass tank during winterization. which direct to turn the valves. it is hard to see

I will assume a typo and you have a 30.1, ours is a 2015 so should be similar. We have never hooked to city water so can't tell you anything on that. I hate the valve system under the drawers in the bedroom, when winterizing I take the drawer to have better access. There is a diagram somewhere but I can't remember where I found it. I made my own diagram I drew in the compartment so it is always there when needed, one for normal and one for bypass.
Once your system is full and under pressure the pump should only run a few seconds after turning off the faucet. If you are filling the WH or building pressure in air filled lines it takes a while. Can't help with the diagram right now because I am home and the MH is down at our river property. Jim.

So that I do not forget how the water heater valves are set I took pictures of open and closed , printed the pics and put them in the my manuals holder.
Not sure on your MH but the water systems are almost all the same except a lot of us do not have the switch to fill the fresh water tank and use a fill hose attachment to the water hose.

When valve handle is inline with water line it is open. Perpendicular it is closed. When initially filling the hw heater open a hot water faucet to let air spit out. When you’re waiting for pressure from the pump, are you unhooked from city water? Do you hear the pump running? Are you opening a cold water faucet?

Thanks for the responses. It turns out the house batteries were too weak. I thought being plugged in would give me full power though an inverter. But i guess the 12v systems are running off the batteries and getting charged from shore power, but the batteries were too far gone to keep up.
