Anyone buy a Carport from Alan's Factory Outlet?

We're planning to have a carport installed for our RV. I'm looking at Alan's Factory Outlet. They appear to have a decent price and will deliver and install it.
I've seen a lot of good reviews but also a couple of less than stellar reviews from years past.
Has anyone bought a carport from them? What was your experience? Is it a quality carport?
I'm cross posting to get wider viewing.
