A/C + Electrical Problems

We have a 2008 Mandalay M40h recently purchased used. We have had the transfer switch replaced under the recall and thought that would fix the problem but has not. Intermittently both a/c's shut down, the thermostat goes blank, we loose 110 voltage to certain areas not sure if all or most but refrigerator, certain outlets that we try the micro stays lit but won't go on and when, and seems to a coincidence or not but hydraulic jack system seems go to alarm mode while driving seems to go crazy all at about the same time. Last checked wasn't even driving but when I lost power the transfer switch was swapping from a/c to gen but still no power sitting still or moving. Also when I was checking over I heard a loud buzzing sound from behind the area of the transfer switch???
As with a 2007 M40g previously owned we had a problem once in which a tech told us to disconnect all power, then batteries and the inverter for 5-10 minutes to reset that worked and never had the problem with that model again. I have done the same with this twice did not change. So now that it is the shop for 2+ weeks they can not duplicate the problem.
Any one heard of this and can lead us in the right direction please help. Also have and I am waiting for Thor to call me back.
Thanks Bud
