I'm going to ask this because we have made this mistake before.... If your rig has more than one connection for a 75 ohm cable, did you double-check that it is the one labelled cable in? We had an Airstream Interstate that had 2 connections , but one was for an outside TV. Have you used cable in your rig before or is this the first time you have tried?
We have a 2015 four winds 31w, bought new. Bought new cable cord too. It was tested snd workd. Neither tv had picture. Scanned both! Frustrating. Wondering if wiring was disturbed when we had recent electrical work done.
You can download a wiring schematic from the Thor Owners page. Without knowing where they were working, it would be hard for me to tell you. If you know where that were working, I would start looking in that area to see if a connector was unplugged or a wire pulled loose.
