Furnace

Ok I am a newbie in a 2020 Axis. I am on my first trip where it is chilly at night. I went to the the climate section and chose heat and set a temperature. No heat ever started and the temperature continued to drop. Is there something else I am supposed to turn on? That never happened with cool. I always got a fan and decent air conditioning. Thanks for any help.

Is the propane on? Does the stove work?

Yes propane is one. We used stove last night and the water gets hot.
