Furrium DV3100 No Display

Well I went out to our 2020 Shadow Cruiser and realized the DV3100 display is out. We haven`t even camped in it yet. Anyone else have this issue? The radio and blue tooth work. Haven`t tried the dvd player. Since about all our TT can have a Furrium radio. I posted it here.

Welcome to the forum! This might not help, as the radio in our Vegas is a different brand, but ours has a way to turn the display down and off. Handy since the light can be annoying.

Have you checked the manual for the radio?
