Moving to New Mexico !
Sold our montana home in 3 days for cash.
Sister owns a ranch in billings montana so we will spend summers in montana etc and winters around new mexico etc.
Reversing what we were doing to save on bad weather and gas.
Excited for the beautiful weather of Las Cruces area

Yes Yes I think for $100 per year any State Park and all we pay is a $4. I said $4 fee per day

Montana Property
We have considered selling our property in Montana. We do not have our property listed, but we were approached by a real estate agent with an offer from a couple of clients at once. Apparently they are having a hard time finding that true Montana property for under $2,000,000. What are the prices like in New Mexico and where was your property located in Montana?

We are in billings. House sold in 3 days. Made 60% profit in 4 years. Las Cruces everything better ..look online. Houses 1/3 less for bigger nicer newer property and area.
