No start on my 2013

Every time my RV sits for a while the engine won’t turn over
Brand new battery I can here the relay clicking but will not engage the starter. After a few times of trying to start it will start normally. I’ve been looking around but no hard answers yet. I’m leaning toward ignition switch anyone else have this problem or have a solution

Sounds like the starter solenoid might be going bad. Or it could be an issue with the neutral safety switch.

I tried beating on the starter no change
I’ll take a look at the neutral safety switch

Try jiggling the shift lever. Also try starting in neutral - then in park. It should start in either. I'd lean toward the solenoid though... more common.

I tried that yesterday no change but I think your right im going to order a starter for it and try it I just don’t get why it only does it when I disconnect the batteries for awhile

The real question is:

Do you hear a relay clicking?

Or do you hear the starter solenoid clicking?

If the latter - you probably need a new starter.
