Rear view camera - no signal

With no warning, I now get a "no signal" message when i set my Axxera screen to the rear-view camera, or shift into reverse. Anybody know any troubleshooting tips for this?
2018 Compass 24TX on the sprinter chassis, Axxera model avm72nav.

It's possible the camera's video input in the rear of the radio (RCA jack) has come loose. Do all the other features of the radio work?

Another possibility is a problem with the video cable as it enters the rear of the coach from the camera. Our 2020 Chateau 24F developed a similar problem when less than a year old. The harness which connects the camera to the inside video cable shorted. It was luckily replaced under warranty.

Those are the places I would initially suspect. You may have to pull your unit from the dash to check the rear for the loose video jack.

My right side camera quit working and just got checked by the dealer. We are now waiting for a new harness to be shipped by Entegra.
