I had a bolt vibrate off the engine grill lock and lost the cam. Contacted Thor CS last week and received a complete lock system from them yesterday. I guess everyone has the own opinion but mine is pretty good right know.
It's good to read positive happenings. So often it's complaints and problems.
the velcro buttons that hold the windshield curtain were missing form my coach & I didn't notice until the first night camping. The dealer Camping World wanted to make a federal case about it, make an appointment for warranty work, etc.....
It took a couple voicemails and follow calls to get somebody, but finally I did and they eventually sent me a handfull of the things.
They do seem to be responsive for little things like this.....
