Vehicle battery not charging

Last year we bought a 2017 Siesta 24SS. While the MH is connected to shore power, it charges the MH batteries but not the vehicle battery. Any suggestions?

That's how they work...
I bought a 40 watt solar panel to keep my chassis battery charged.

I never even thought about his possibility... until the chassis battery was as dead as if I had dropped a house on it.

I barely know which fingers to keep out of the outlets at home...
Check with Paul Wadley: he figured out a way to get juice to the chassis battery...
