Wireless phone charger not working

The wireless phone charger in the dinette is not working. I’m sure it is something simple I’m missing. Anyone have any places to check?

Don't have your exact charger but mine are very picky about phone position with the newer phones

Don't get it positioned right and no charge

Thanks. Checked breaker and gfi. Nothing wrong there. Wiring looks ok. Will try just moving it around. Can’t see anything else that could be wrong

Could be the wireless charger doesn’t have the output necessary to charge your phone. Have you taken the time to determine the phones power requirements vs the chargers capability?

If you have a case on your phone, try taking it off. Some cases are not compatible with some wireless chargers.

My wireless phone charger is location on the right arm of the couch. It has failed four times since 11/1/23 when we purchased the RV. Thor provided me with the attached info. I called the manufacturer/distributor "Mito Corp" and talked with an engineer in their tech support department. The gentleman told me that they have no manual or information. They simply distribute the charger to Thor and others and leave it to them to use the charger in their systems. He did disclose to me that 12V is the required power.

In my coach’s case the unit is connected to shore power 24/7 so there should be no voltage issues.

The gentleman said it could be component failures such as inductors or discrete components but his company is only the distributor so they do not know the design. He confirmed that the charger has been prone to failure.

I am trying to get my dealer to find a reliable wireless charger.

Anyone have info on this?
