Can anyone tell me what these are for?

Hello, everyone. I have a 2021 Thor Freedom Elite 22HE that I love. I have attached a photo of something that came with it in the packet of manuals they give you in the Thor bag, but I can't figure out what it is for and none of the documentation says. It appears to be some sort of mount like you'd use for a shower curtain rod with an opening about an inch in diameter, plus some weird-looking things to attach them to something that are not nails or screws, and two adhesive patches. My rig already has a shower curtain rod, so it's not for that. I would be so appreciative if someone could tell me what they are before they get tossed in the junk drawer!

Optional clothing rod inside the closet.
They're exactly what you thought the are.
The odd screw things are removable plastic rivets. A very common connector on vehicles. They press into a hole.
