Chateau 35sk or School Bus

Took my 2014 Thor Chateau 35SK from Michigan to Moab, UT. I towed my Jeep on a trailer behind it. The Chateau was a rough ride, you could feel every bump in the freeway. Any suggestion on how to improve the ride and suspension?

You're driving an F550 truck, not a passenger car. Suspension has to be stiff to hold the weight. Stiff suspension equals hard ride.

Maybe do a Liquid Springs swap out?

Just the opposite...I was impressed with the ride on normal roads. Maybe your tires are over inflated for the load or you just have too much stuff packed onboard. I travel pretty light, even though lots of storage available. Tire pressure is kept around 90-92 PSI. I also pull an aluminum car hauler with an XT5. Most motorhomes are built very close to the weight limit anyway...too much "stuff" can put you over the rating and max out your suspension leaving little to no room for cushion. Have you weighed your unit fully loaded?

I have a 2015 35SK I thought it road fine but you definitely felt the larger bumps, I added sumo springs which softened up the blows from the big bumps and completely removed the small bump highway chatter, they also got rid of most of the sway.

I'm running around 90/95psi in the tires also, when I got it they were around 120psi and it was pretty rough.

I have a '20 Magnitude SV34 on a '19 F550 chassis so very similar coaches.

I have installed Sumo Springs, Rancho 900XL Adjustable Shocks and a Roadmaster HEavy Duty Rear Sway Bar. It was an improvement over stock.... but it is never gonna ride like a Caddy!
