Full queen mattress in a Magnitude/Omni XG32

Looking for suggestion on how to replace the short queen mattress in a Magnitude/Omni XG32 with a full queen mattress.
How do you position the mattress to bring the slide in?

We purchased another short queen from Denver Mattress and it works great. 50 times better than the mattress that came with the coach.

The wheat straw started falling out of ours so we put a nice topper on it. I looked into mods to make a real queen fit...not on mine. There are companies that will make a special order mattress of any configuration and size out of memory foam.

I have already replaced the mattress that came with the motorhome with a much better mattress. But the short queen mattress is to short for me. So I need to upgrade to a full size queen and figure out how to store when the slide is retracted.

Get one made with a fold in it. I believe https://www.mattressinsider.com/ can customize a fold in a queen mattress.

I used a full size queen 10" foam mattress as I am taller than the oem "rv queen" mattress. I lift the foot of the bed up, using the access door, and then install two strut stops. The stops keep the bed raised, then I bring the slide in. Works great.

We do something similar. My husband fashioned a brace from a scrap of plywood that runs from the hand cut out on the lifted section to the inside front edge of the platform. We haven't replaced the mattress yet, but added a couple of rolled pillows at the head of the mattress and a topper. The fitted sheet and mattress pad holds it all together.

I need to replace my Serta 5" production mattress after a yr in use, I ordered from Mattress Insider. They are nice to deal with and I think the Elation GEL Foam mattress will be a good step up from my Serta. New one is 6" X 60" X 75". I would order a thicker one, but on the LHS, there is that cabinet shelf.

There are 2 sides to the mattress, a soft and firm side. The production only had the soft side.

You can easily see the edges on the production mattress are rolling and wearing out. Also, the Mrs say's there is a divot where she sleeps at night.

Good Price, free shipping.

We bought an Elation from them almost 2 years ago. Very happy with the product and company.
