Someone did that with the 7hr showing used bennington pontoon I bought for 1/3rd price,of new. Dropped it off, threatened, and a year later I bought it for less than the drivetrain cost. The drop off person paid the other $100,000 through garnishment and eventually cash. They were given credit for my purchase price minus fees and storage and transport.
You're lucky the dealer didn't charge you storage and then auction off your car.
We sold or boughht DOZENS of these when I was in the business. We got,the car cheap, the dropper-offer got the repossession and all the associated traumas/dramas.
If you, for the slightest moment, think this action is anything but a windfall for the dealer and a repo for the drop-artist, thimk again.
Anomalies apply, as does real life. 1 does not negate 1,000's.
Please, everyone reconsider.
