Radio quit

So I purchased a 24F from someone who didn't like camping (but bought a drivable anyway ) 1400 miles on it. 2021 24F perfect for the two of us who gave up camping ...haha (says the guy who has owned 6 units) so >>> When I drove it home the radio / back up camera was fine and was working, Now I can't get the radio on at all.
I realized the master switch must be on...anyone have any ideas Before I schedule an appointment UGH.
Thank You , Great forum!

Yep, Master Power switch ON.
Lights work OK? (verifying power on the DC buss)

There should be a small hole on the face of the radio that contains a reset switch - press and hold for about 30 seconds to reset it.

YES 12volt section all works fine. I'll check out that "small hole" in the face
Thank You

I have the AMV2210H model, there is a fuse that goes into the back of the head unit.
May have to pull out the radion from the dash to access.

I also suspect the fuse on the back. Check your manual packet for rwo thin metal strips that you need to release the radio. The oem Axxera in our Hurricane just blew a fuse, but I was planning to replace it with a non-video unit and a small monitor for the cameras.

Another issue I have had, trying to get the Android Auto to connect. Turns out this has to be connected by cable to the unit, and the cable has to be a data cable. The coach connection is not the USB on the radio panel, its a separate USB on the dash, with a rubber cover. Now my screen can be used for NAV, and I can actually see it after installing a couple of spacer brackets between the display, and the head unit.

Here are a couple of pics
Note the round rubber protector to the right side of the screen, that is the data USB port.
Behind the screen, you can see the small metal bracket I installed, it does seem to make a difference. Could I have made it larger... sure, but this seems to work for now.

Have you tried the "stow" switch in stairwell? That's where our switch is.
