Rig flickering

Our Class C Thor 4 Wind"s power has been flickering on and off from the Shore powe periodically since last night and into this AM. Sometimes the entire rig other times only partial parts of rig.
We have checked Surge Protector.
Any suggestions most welcomed. Thanks.

Most of your electrical will be 12 Volt. If that is flickering it could be a battery connection problem or a ground connection problem. Connected to shore power or not connected to shore power should not cause 12 Volt flickering.
Is the 120 Volt stuff such as the microwave flickering?

"Flickering" is a light description and as Down South said; your lights run off your 12 VDC system which means that even if the SP went away, the lights would continue to be lit IF you don't have your battery disconnect open (USE/STORE. Salesman switch). So if your lights are flickering as a result of SP fluctuations I would check that battery disconnect.

A surge protector does nothing to prevent SP fluctuations from reaching your electrical system. All it does is sacrifice itself in the event an overly large voltage spike comes into your RV - it will take the spike to prevent damage to your downstream electrical equipment.

So if your SP is fluctuating, and it isn't caused by the power company itself, then you may have a loose connection somewhere between the SP plug-in and your breaker panel in the RV. Possible sources are:
The connections to the breaker in the SP pole
The SP Receptacle
Your SP plug
Your SP cord
The connections to the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in your RV
The ATS itself
The connections to the breaker panel in your RV.

Low voltage on the shore power pedestal can cause issues
