I'm going to take a stab at helping here. Is this the same type seating with foot rests that do not recline? Or a Thomas Payne recliner with foot rests? Regardless raise the foot rests and get on the floor with a flashlight and small mirror. Look/feel alone the front framing bar of the seat for screws that go into the floor. If installed probably only one or two per side. The seats will/should be attached to the floor it's a matter of finding the screws.
While you are on the floor you might be able to see the reclining/footrest mechanism and how you can make the repair possibly without removing the seating.
On my previous Raptor toy hauler the TP theater seating was sliding around and I found the mounting screws missing and/or not installed properly. On my new Omni XG32 the "theater seating" really sucks. Not particularly comfortable, doesn't recline, etc. I know this buying it and figured to replace with something better. Researching that as we speak but leaning towards RecPro in cloth not fake leather stuff.
