Those are lkely your turn signals.
Try that.
(We occasionally get this question about the axis. Might be the Same on yours)

It's illegal to have more than 4 headlights so those are either DRLs or as mentioned, turn signals. They could be fog lights but I don't think Thor installs fog lights on any coach.

Axis has fog lights way down low in what would be the front spoiler.

Those are fog lights? I thought they were turn signals. But you have one so you should know.

Axis has 2 five inch headlights (instead of 4 five inch headlights as the whole world always dictated.). The inner ones are turn signals. The lower ones are fog lamps.
The drl is the led string around the lights.
To add to it:
I can't turn my headlights off. They are always on and have a long(like 10 minutes) delay that turns them off after you turn off the ignition.

I changed the bottom fog lights into LED to function as full time running lights.
I changed the little led array around the headlights to go on when the fog light switch is enabled, instead of being on all the time...
Why did I do this? Well, the multi-LED arrays tend to blow out with voltages over 14 volts (mine did, see pics). Had mine replaced with new ones under warranty (a few bulbs were out from the get-go). I didnt want to replace them again.
Plus, the lower running lights are less annoying, IMHO.
Dont forget to check your rear lights. Mine leaked from the dealer so I changed them out to the LED version, BUT, the rear lights still suffer from a poor design. They need FOUR screws along the top and bottom. All 3 does is warp the housing, causing a leak with their garbage foam gasket.

At least Thor installs a signal marker light on the sides now...
I had to add them to mine... I used 18 wheeler suckers that everyone will see.

P.S.
This is the rear light damage to my brand new Thor Axis. This is within weeks of bringing it home... Notice the rusty screws? Ridiculous...
Added bronze screws on the LED replacements. Do not use their foam gaskets. They suck.
As you (or anyone) can see. The design flaw not compressing the entire foam gaskets...

Any idea why the LED DRL caused the blow out problem?
Do they do this when connected to come on only when fogs are on?
I hope to replace my headlights with a High/Low unit from JW Speaker.
Also thinking about replacing the fogs with a legal low beam or a driving beam.

They won't come on with high beams without some intricate modification.
The bulbs that came with mine are surprisingly bright and no one would ever consider them as truly foglights.

On some vehicles applying the parking brake will turn off the DRL. Not sure of Thor has that much forethought but might be a Ford feature. The 10 minute delay should be a settings menu for the Ford. BUT being a chassis and motorhome, all bets are off as to any function.

On my Challenger the DRLs did not come on until I shifted out of Park.
