Water heater by-pass valve in 2022 vegas 24.4

Yesterday i removed all of the interior panels looking for the water heater by-pass valve to no avail. At least i discovered where the water pump and transfer switch are not as if they could be gotten to easily but im still stumped at where that by-pass valve is.

Behind the water heater. Same place the isolation valves are.

Interior or exterior? I discovered no panel inside the rig that is removable behind the water heater however i will look again

Might have to remove a drawer and then reach in a couple feet. Our Challenger was that way

Thanks however there are no drawers behind the water heater there is only one near the bathroom that is well below the water heater

Looks like it has to be in the linen closet. Is there a removable panel in there?

My valve wasn’t behind the water heater, it was arms length away and down one foot. Quit thinking behind the water heater and start looking in a 3 to 4 foot radius around the water heater. As a note, black screws can be difficult to see in dark panels Orr false bottoms.

Ok I tried to remove a drawer to see if the water tank shut off valve was
There however not sure how them come out I was looking for the metal clip that allows the drawer to come out of the track so can anyone advise me on how the drawer can be removed

There's a clip in the center of each rail where they slide: one goes up, one goes down. Pushing the drawer in off the stop will make the clips easier to move, then pull the drawer out and off the rails.
