2022 axis 24.1 usb not working

Hi everyone
I picked up my brand new 2022 axis 24.1 from dealer in Frankfort, ill. 2 weeks ago.
While starting to supplying the unit this weekend I noticed the usb ports in the back bedroom don't work.
Does anyone know where these are connected to the wiring harness. I don't want to start removing panels on a brand new unit.

Side note: I traded a 2021 vegas for this 2022 axis unit. Hard to believe all of the improvements made in one model year.
I was disappointed the unit did not come with a rear ladder. The dealer said ladders were not available when this init was built last month.

I don't know if this will help, but my 2019 Vegas was delivered with the rear USB outlet disconnected. I removed the outlet and the unconnected wires were behind it. After connecting them with a crimped connector, everything was fine.

Others have complained of this same problem.

Also, connected backwards is a common issue.

Thank you. I'll try that today. We're in Plymouth MA on our first trip. Can't say enough good things about the new rig!!!
