Hugh -- the fuses oneilkeys was talking about on the power distribution portion of the converter. The converter is that big ugly brown box that hums when you have shore power on. Not sure where it is located on the 25.2, but on my 24.1 it is in the hallway on the passenger side at floor level under the refrigerator.
Here is a picture of it with the access door open. The fuses for the DC circuits are down the right side. The circuit breakers for the AC circuits are down the left side. The Awning LED lights are 12 VDC so they'd be controlled by the fuses.
On mine (and hopefully yours if Thor wired yours the same as mine) fuse #11 (the one on the bottom is for the awning). There is only one fuse for the awning so I assume it controls the LED strip and the awning motor. If the motor is working then the fuse is good and I'd agree with Oneilkeys that it might have become disconnected where the motor is, or there might be a broken wire.
