bunk lift stuck in up position

My bunk lift is currently stuck in the up position in my rv. the fault code that is popping up is saying that motor 2 either has faulty wiring, or the motor needs to be replaced. How would I manually lower the bunk or how do I access the motor from where it currently is located. I have my bunk located in the front of the rv, so access to motor 2 seems like it would be difficult unless the bunk was lowered.

Please let me know.

Thanks

It's 'towed', not toad.

If you're on the road the suggestion should be:
Put the pins in it and don't mess with it until youre not using the rv.

If it gets stuck in the down position, you get to dismantle it entirely and store the parts while on your trip... Or you get towed home.

If you're home, we'll need:
Make
Model
Year
And what your manual says the rigging is for that bed.

And
If we give you the information are you capable of changing the motor if that's what's wrong?
I mean REALLY capable.
Because if you aren't, you might need towed to a shop once you get the bed in any position but up.

The motors aren't any fun and all of them I've read about require disassembly skills.

It’s a 2013 palazzo 33.3
The lift says it’s made by power gear.

I am more than capable of disassembling the motor, just need information on how to get the lift to lower manually when it’s stuck like it currently is.

The installation and troubleshooting guide had how to raise the bunk manually, but not how to lower it manually and I didn’t want to just start taking things apart without have more knowledge first.
