I was able to get tv over the air waves last night.
Today no cable and no air wave tv.
Does anyone know what is going on?

The air-waves sometimes do better at night vs day
So it’s probably not your SEIKI, but rather your location to the OTA towers
But, we already agreed that lack of a QAM tuner is why you can’t get the campground cable unless you’re willing to drive to Newport News Walmart or SAMs Club and purchase a new one.
