If you don't overheat the good tire i have always just replaced the flat tire

You will typically damage the flat if not already, by driving very long

If you have compressed air inflate the good tire to sidewall psig before driving further

I have had two flats in my 30 plus years of motorhome driving. Both were inside duals and that motorhome had a spare tire on the back wall. Of course you can drive on the three rear tires to get to a safe place to park. This is what I did both times. As for new tires after flats, I bought new steer axles tires. I put the outside duals on the inside and the old steers on the outside dual. The way it timed out for me, each flat was on a tire around 5 years old.

Years ago, 31ft Class A- inside dual blowout- only 1100 miles. Traveled at 20mph on the shoulder of interstate to exit & truck stop.... Michelin reimbursed for the failed tire but to be reimbursed, required I purchase new tire on my dime to replace the paired tire that did not blow because it was "immediately overloaded and unsafe". Also considered as collateral damage and therefore not covered.. I replaced my tires with Bridgestones...
