Have no idea what is going on but someone advised me to get an electrical schematic for it. Can anyone point me in that direction?

I know next to nothing about electricity and this is frustrating the heck out of me.
Call Thor, tell them your problem and ask that they send you wire schematics. The battery compartment is a good start. How is the batteries? And I have had this happen to me before, are the connections tight to the posts and are they corrosion free?

If you have the use/store switch off it would not allow your batteries to charge.
Also do you have a blade type disconnect in the battery compartment?

Sounds like your Use/Store switch is off. Put a volt meter on your coach batteries and cycle your Use/Store switch. When off you measure the battery voltage, when On you measure what the battery charger is putting out. Are they different?
