Hot water not going to kitchen sink

As new owners of a 2018 Axis 24.1 with a tankless hot water system we are not able to get hot water to the kitchen sink. Cold water flows from hot and cold side. The bathroom hot water is ok. Is there a valve set wrong and where might it be?

If no valve under sink that supplies hot water, you either have a bad faucet, or go to you hot water source, there should be valves.

If you don't have enough flow to trigger the water heater you will only get cold water. Check for kinked hoses to the sink and remove/clean the aerator screen at the end of the faucet.

If your kitchen is in a slide, try the hot water with the slide in.

"IF" you have bypass valves at the water heater, make sure that one is not incorrectly set. Check owners guide. My bet is that the sink closest is warm, not hot, and the kitchen (furthest away) is cool. Just an idea.

Thanks for the advice, folks. I rearranged the water hoses under the sink and now I have hot water. I was not getting the flow needed to activated the hw heater previously. Thanks again.
