No power to left front turn signal

I have a 2018 Thor Windsport 29M. We didn't realize when we purchased it that there issues regarding the left turn signal. The left turn signal had never worked (owned now for 3 months). We purchased a new lamp and after trying to figure out how to change it, it still doesn't work. When testing power, we also found out that the left side camera wasn't working, either. Where do we start to figure out where the issue is?

From experience with my 2015 Windsport, there are two 15A (blue) fuses that control the left and right front turn signals. They are located in near center of the fuse panel that's located inside the RV below the steering column, at least they are on my older model.

These two fuses supply the power to the light bulbs through two relays that are also located on this same fuse panel. I also know from experience that the side view cameras also are triggered from the same circuit, so the fuse is a likely suspect.

I hope this helps; not sure how different the 2018 model is from mine.
