I am not familiar with your side by side specifically, but just to start the ball rolling:
I assume it is an absorption RV style fridge not a residential? Does it cool properly on any power source (AC 120v shore; propane, 12vdc if its a 3 way)? Any codes on the display? Do you have the manual for your fridge because there is usually trouble shooting guides in them which should include trouble code analysis. Also, usually even when running on propane or AC shore electric power the fridge requires coach 12vdc to be “on” to work properly.
