Do you leave the valve open or closed? If you leave it open it will clog up every time.

Don't leave the black tank valve open, even at FHU. ALWAYS wait until the black tack is at least 2/3 full before dumping. Best advice ever from a relative.

I had the same issue with a Fleetwood Storm. The dealer couldn't figure it out. In frustration, I stuck my inspection camera down the hole and in to the tank. I discovered that the pipe connected to the toilet was literally laying on the bottom of the tank! This allowed everything to just pile up at the end of the pipe. I took it back to the dealer for a third trip, but this time told them what I discovered. After pulling the toilet and cutting 3 inches off the pipe, the toilet never had an issue again.

I also have a 2018 Thor ACE 27.2 with the same problem. Had it to the dealer who stated nothing was wrong. It could be what has been stated (pipe empties to dry area of tank) or an air venting problem where the vent tube extends to far into the tank. No time for a major fix, so a simple plunger is the only thing that I found will work.

I have not done this yet, but I will be adding a shutoff valve to the water line at the back of the toilet so that I can turn off the water so it does not overflow while I am plunging. I mostly boondock, so I have just been turning off the pump, but I need the valve when connected to a water line.

When I have more time to investigate I will try to permanently fix the issue.

Unhappy ACE 27.2 2018 Toilet

First time in forum. Have same toilet issue. Have tried multiple solutions without luck. Keep plunger close. Clogs every 5-6 times, plunge it once, problem goes away for awhile. Tried to snake it but it does have an elbow in the line (videoscoped it) which I think is the real problem. Saw toilet paper plugged at the elbow.

The elbow has about a 1/8" lip on the downside of it, which catches everything. They installed the piping backwards, but you would have to redo the entire line to fix it. Much easier to use the plunger.
