Porch light stays on

2017 Miramar 34.4: My porch light is now on and will not turn off. The switch between the interior and the awning lights has been rendered ineffective.

I unplugged the connections to the switch and the light remains illuminated.

I looked for a way to check the fixture but I am not sure how to check that or even how to change the bulb if that particular issue were to come up. Looks like the lens might come out. (Attached a picture of the light from the top down below)

Any ideas on what to do next to swictch this light off?

I believe if the light was turned on using the rapid camp remote then it has to be turned of with it as well. (If that is what might have happened)

That was it. Thank you, glad that was an easy fix.

Upon further investigation, found out that my daughter turned the light on with Rapidcamp and did not turn it off.

Truthfully, I don't use the Rapidcamp at all. I just prefer to use all the controls on the wall.
