I realize this is a couple of months old, but I’m having the same problem. I have two panels in the vicinity of the heater. One has a “HOT” warning on it and the other is opened by turning two plastic latches.
Inside one of them there’s a switch that can be set to off or reset. It didn’t help. I couldn’t find any switch behind the other panel. Could you pls be more specific where to find the switch?
Thanks!
Pete
