i had a tube I once bought from CW and mounted it. When I started to place the hose into the tube the "ears" on the Rhino hose connectors were too big. I took my pocket knife and shaved off about an eighth inch on all the four ears that the connector had on them. After that, they fit fine. I never understood why the tube was made too small. Fast forward to my motorcoach and the tubes are the correct size for the ears of the Rhino connectors to fit in.

If that the problem now you know the fix. If not it may help someone..

Just don't shave them too thin: a failure could be...

@ Moonrider what did you end up doing?
I am having the same issue with my Thor Sequence and am searching for a hose. I don’t want to have to add a holding tube on the back.

Making me crazy today: The sewer hose doesn't fit in the storage tube provided. As far as I can tell, I have a normal-sized sewer hose with normal couplings, but the storage tube is just a smidge too small. What's the secret?

Thanks for being here, and for any help you can offer!

Great job. What did you use for end caps and what is the cable attached to for securing them?

Thanks in advance for your help

Sewer hose Valterra 64” Thor Sequence

Just picked up a new 2023 Thor Sequence and first thing I did was make a solution for the Sewer Hose. I purchased the Valterra 64” EZ hose carrier and mounted it on the passenger side undercarriage with 4 Heavy Duty 24” Black zip ties so its out of sight out of mind and still easily accessable. Its cinched up tightly to the running board step mounts and is not going anywhere. The Valterra 15’ Dominator Sewer hose with fittings fits easily in the tube.
