Red face Slideout switch not getting power

I have a 2019 Thor Freedom Elite 26HE. The slideout recently stopped working entirely. I checked the power going to the Lippert Dual Motor Slide Controller and it's getting all the needed juice. I then checked the switch and there is less than 1 volt getting to the switch. I tried bypassing the power to the switch by running a wire directly from the + of the battery to the input of the switch and all started working as expected. But now I can't find where the issue with the switch is. Most of the wiring is under the dinette seat, behind the fuse box and there the power coming to the switch wire is also less than 1V. I checked the fuse box and there is a single 30 amp fuse for the slideout there, but I believe that's going to the Motor Controller. Any suggestions on where else to look? Could there be an inline fuse under the coach somewhere?

Go to the Thor Owners website and download the schematics for your coach...

https://www.thormotorcoach.com/owners

I have a 30A Fuse in my 12V Power Distribution Center for the power to the slide motors on my Magnitude

Slideout switch not getting power

LCI has a guide to troubleshooting the slide.

I would call LCI tech support - they have been helpful to me in the past.

I was able to find the issue and wanted to share for others. It turned out that the CO2 detector fuse had blown. There must be a safety measure in place to prevent the slideout from running in the event that there is a faulty CO2 detector.

Excellent and thank you. Might have been a convenient place to pick up 12vdc. The switch and associated wiring are Thor provided. I have two 12vdc “taps” in the oddest places where power is picked up.

THANK YOU! I was preparing to pull out this morning and had this happen. After 2 hours of trying to trace the short, I was able to disconnect the faulty detector, replace the fuse and get my slide in.
