Front bunk magnets
We have a 2018 30.3 ACE with this bunk. At first it wood close and pop up that lady inch or so to the magnets. After 3 years using it with my 15 year old (now) grand daughter and my adult son it now stops sometimes just a little short. I just push it up, its easy, and it locks to the magnets. Never comes down even on rough roads. If only one magnet is touching it sounds like the end of the rail may have bent. Put a straight edge along the metal rail on the bed and see if it's still straight
