Invisibrake-Jeep Grand Cherokee

Has anyone installed a Invisibrake on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. ?

What is a good location for the control box, under driver seat has air vents?

Thanks for your recommendations.

You can install it anywhere it will fit. It's recommended to have access to the adjustment knob. Mines under the back seat, and I haven't touched it in over two years.

Don't know about the Grand Cherokee but on my Gladiator the control / vacuum pump box is installed under the front passenger seat and the actuator is installed under the driver's seat.

My 2019 Grand Cherokee has the vents in the console and InvisiBrake is under the driver’s seat. Things have changed over the years and I believe they now require the ignition being in run or AC while towing whereas my 2019 requires the ignition to be off.

Nope, Jeep tells you to push the Start/Stop button twice to turn OFF.

I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and my invisibrake control module is mounted under the rear seat and the piston is mounted under the front driver side seat. Works great.

I have an Invisibrake. When I adjusted to 30 psi. The jeep would slightly tug the motor home when stopping. Turned it down to 25 psi. I don’t feel anything now.

It that how it is to be adjusted?

Thank you

Grumpy on our Invisibrake set up I don't feel the braking of the Jeep. When we first set it up we turned it up till you felt it then backed it off gradually till it isn't tugging as you stop.

We live in Vancouver Wa which is the location of RoadmasterInc. I would give them a call and ask that question. They will be able to give you the answer from a lot of experience.
